Here's a list of some of the fun things to do with your kids this holiday season! More will be added as I find them!

ICE! and Lone Star Christmas at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine. The Lone Star Christmas event, featuring the awe-inspiring ICE! Exhibit, provides a winter wonderland full of festive holiday events, activities, and displays for those of all ages to enjoy. Beautiful decorations, electric train displays, a real-life gingerbread house, and, of course, Santa and a live reindeer!

Snowflakes, Sugarplums, and SANTA at Sundance Square! If you want to experience the sugarplum magic of the holiday season, plan a weekend visit to Sundance Square. You'll see a dazzling display of glittering lights, buildings decked in holiday finery, and restaurants and retail stores all wrapped up and filled with sweet surprises. Look for Santa Claus, too!

"The Polar Express: The IMAX® Experience," a timeless family classic and holiday blockbuster, returns to Fort Worth on the giant screen for a six-week holiday-season film run that will include weekend family-friendly holiday activities. Also explore hands-on polar investigations; Polar Pajama Parties and much more.

"The Nutcracker" at the Texas Ballet Theater. This grand production is a holiday tradition performed annually at Bass Performance Hall and the Music Hall at Fair Park.

"The Littlest Wiseman, A Play Pageant of the Nativity" is playing at the Scott Theatre, 1300 Gendy St. in Fort Worth, Children under 4 years of age will not be admitted. Admission is FREE but reservations are required.

Holidays at the Hearth Log Cabin Village. On December 13th, from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m., celebrate the holidays Village style! See how cabins would have been decorated, string some popcorn, help make pomander balls and tamales, spin the dreidel, and reflect on storied traditions as you pause from the holiday hustle and bustle. Make your own embossed greeting card to take home! No reservations required. Cost is regular Village admission plus a $2 craft fee to make a card. 

The 2008 Fort Worth Train Show will be held December 13-14 at the Convention Center - Hall A. Admission is $7.00 per person with children under 12 free.

Santa's Wonderland at Bass Pro Shop! They are offering a free 4 x 6 photo with Santa along with nostalgic holiday sights and activities such as a Red Ryder Laser Arcade and model trains running throughout Santa's Wonderland. 

"Uncle Duz Christmas" at the Jubilee Theatre. "Uncle" delivers stories and songs about his holiday adventures and the spirit of the season.  For ages 6 and up.

"A Christmas Carol".  Kids Who Care presents a live stage adaptation of Charles Dickens' holiday tale.  Ages 4 and up.
